Part Searching Tips

We provide many ways for you to find any particular part you need. Let’s say you have a Sony FX210. And, you need a battery cover. Here are some ways to find the part you need:

Search for Sony parts by clicking on [Manufacturer], then the Sony link. This will show all parts associated with the Sony brand that we currently have.

Search by [Category]. Click on the Category link and then click the link “Doors & Covers”.

Search by [Description]. Here you can enter the term ‘battery cover’, ‘cover’. All should get results that will contain the part you need, assuming we stock the part.

If you previously found the part on our website and have returned to order or check stock, you can go to [Reference #] and enter our own SKU 6-digit number.

If the item has a part number, you can try your [Part Number Search]. However, please note many laptop parts do not have the part number printed on the actual part. In this case we list the part's imprinted number as the part number and the actual part number will be mentioned in the part's description field. Also, note we do list all numbers associated with each part as it is extremely important to match all these numbers to prevent installing the incorrect part and damaging your laptop.

You can also search for this part by the model number. This can be found under the [Manufacture Page] by clicking on your particular laptop manufacturer.

Warranty Information:
We do not accept returns for improperly ordered parts. All pulled (used) parts are thoroughly tested against defects prior to being listed. Parts carry a 30-day warranty only against failure. No refunds or exchanges except to replace a defective item for the same part ordered within the 30-day warranty. DC jacks and lcd bulbs do not carry any warranty due to the nature of the part.

Shipping Information:
* All orders placed before 12pm PST Monday thru Friday ship the same day. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday ship the following Monday. Holidays and bad weather may delay pickup for delivery.

Condition Explanation:
NEW: Brand new OEM (Original Equipment Manufactured) laptop part from the manufacturer.
NPUL: A laptop part removed from a dissassembled brand new laptop.
PULL: A used and tested laptop part removed from a used laptop.
