Part Warranty
Each part, new or used, carries a 30-day exchange warranty for the same part if found defective. If the part is returned as a defective item, it must be returned within the same 30-day period and have a pre-approved RMA Number. You can obtain that number [here]. We do not accept returns for improperly ordered parts, parts that are no longer needed or mistakenly ordered. Shipping charges are not refunded. NO warranty on DC jacks and backlight bulbs.

Payment Options
We accept the following cards: Visa or Mastercard. We do not accept American Express, Discover cards or Debit cards. For shipments in California, sales tax will be added. We accept valid reseller card for tax exempt companies. Instructions can be found [here].

Shipping Methods
We ship out all parts via the United Parcel Service. All parts are shipped same day if ordered by 12pm PST Monday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday orders will ship the following Monday. Holidays and bad weather may delay shipment pickup. We offer ground, 2-day and next day service. Parts refused at delivery time are subject to 15% restocking fee in addition to $10.00 to cover shipping fees back to us. Shipping charges are not refunded.

1-day (Next Business Day) ....... $49

We do not ship to APO, P.O. Boxes or outside the USA. Signature upon delivery is REQUIRED.
Each part we sell is individually sealed in an anti-static bag and packed beyond UPS minimum shipping requirements for the protection of the contents shipped.

Part Condition Explanation
Parts are categorized in three ways:
1. New parts
2. Pulled parts - basically used (sometimes referred to as reconditioned) but tested parts in good or better than good condition. Might have some minor normal wear.
3. New pulled items - items removed from a new laptop purchased for parts.

Ordering Security
When you place an order with us, you will be connected to our web site through SSL using https. That means that the connection to our server from your computer has been encrypted in a way that others cannot evesdrop. When you place your order and enter the credit card number your credit card number is sent for verification check on a secure line to our bank and then encrypted using MD5 encryption if needs to be sent through email correspondence with you. This ensures that the number cannot be viewed and understood by others (human or computers). Credit card numbers will always be encrypted. Your email address you provide during the checkout phase will only be used to contact you with a UPS tracking number or further instructions regarding your order. We do not use your email address for any other purpose. We will not put you on a mailing list or distribute your address.

Warranty Information:
We do not accept returns for improperly ordered parts. All pulled (used) parts are thoroughly tested against defects prior to being listed. Parts carry a 30-day warranty only against failure. No refunds or exchanges except to replace a defective item for the same part ordered within the 30-day warranty. DC jacks and lcd bulbs do not carry any warranty due to the nature of the part.

Condition Explanation:
NEW: New OEM (Original Equipment Manufactured) laptop part from the manufacturer.
NPUL: A laptop part removed from a dissassembled new laptop.
PULL: A used and tested laptop part removed from a used laptop.
